Greison Leonidas Lezama was born in a small town outside of Neiva, Colombia.  His parents brought him to drink Ayahuasca (Yagé) with an elder for the first time when he was 6 years old.  At the age of 7 and under the guidance of the Cofán indigenous elders, Greison commenced his training as a Ayahuasca healer in the ceremonial hut (maloka) in the Colombian Amazon outside of the city of Mocoa.

Over the past 20 years he has trained with the Coreguaje, Inga, Siona, Secoya, and Cofán masters.  He has been finding, harvesting, praying over, brewing and healing with Yagé since he was 15.

He honors the plant and his teachers by upholding the ancient ceremony design and by providing only the purest medicine.  His medicine contains the Ayahuasca vine (Banisteriopsis caapi) and leaves from the  chagropanga or chakruna bush, and never includes any other plants or additives.
